Requirement

  • Will work as a joint HR for Fierydevs Software and itvedant Training Institute.
  • Develop KRA and KPI for various organization roles.
  • Monitor the attendance, performance, payroll etc of the staff and develop effective techniques to streamline the business process.
  • Recruit the best talent pool as per the company requirements.
  • Take sessions on effective communications, teamwork, organization ethics etc.
  • Handle placement of candidates by building a strong corporate connect.
  • Create Engaging activites with the alumini.

Digital Marketing Executive

Experience: 1-3 years

Description:

As the digital Marketing Executive,
Fierydevs is looking for a strategic-thinking, innovative and results-oriented digital marketing professional who can grow the acquisition of leads for their clients in e learning domain through Digital Marketing and increase the brand awareness of the client on the internet. You will be responsible for defining the companies- digital marketing strategy while overseeing tactical development, implementation, tracking and optimization of marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent
  • Candidate should have strong Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated interest in, knowledge of, and enthusiasm for Internet technologies

Requirement

  • Hands-on experience of SEO, SMM, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook ads Manager Apps-flyer.

PHP Developer

Experience: 0-2 years

  • Must be able to succeed in a dynamic team environment

Skills Required:

    • HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, PHP.
    • Understanding of MVC design patterns.
    • Understanding of third-party Web Services, JSON and REST API.
    • Good knowledge of OOPs
    • Knowledge of LAMP / WAMP Stack
    • Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

Working knowledge of Yii Web Framework or CMS tool WordPress would be preferable
